Nearly fifteen years' experience representing injured persons allows Kathleen to undertake an exceptionally broad range of cases including maritime injuries, construction site injuries, and third-party liability litigation. In addition to her work at The Walthew Law Firm, she has chaired or co-chaired the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association's Workers Compensation Section as well as numerous technical seminars on workers'' compensation and complex third-party litigation issues. Her prestigious legal career began in 1992 when she graduated cum laude from the University of Puget Sound. She is a member of the Washington State and Seattle-King County bar associations, sustaining member of the Association of Trial Lawyers, Eagle Member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and is listed in the pages of The Best Lawyers in America.
