Amid the rapid progression of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the disruptions it has caused, The Walthew Law Firm is committed to providing highly responsive and exemplary service to our clients. Safeguarding the health of our clients, our people, and our community is of the utmost importance.
To help safeguard our staff, we have made the decision to reduce our office hours beginning March 23, 2020. Although our office will close at 1:00 PM Monday through Friday, our infrastructure is set up to allow our staff to work remotely, so please communicate with us as you normally would. After 1:00 PM, our phone system will provide a directory to enable you to reach the appropriate staff member in the office. If you leave a message in our general voicemail, we will route your message to the appropriate person the next business day. We also have protocols in place to ensure the security of confidential documents and emails. All mail and checks will continue to be processed, sent and/or deposited every day.
We will actively follow the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state/local government agencies to revise plans and make decisions accordingly. We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation during these difficult times.
